The Problem
A major UAE conglomerate was operating 6 separate enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle HR, custom logistics, finance, CRM, and a warehouse management system) with no automated data flow between them. Reconciliation was done manually by a team of 8 staff, causing delays, data inconsistencies, and lost business intelligence.
Our Solution
Designed a centralized middleware integration hub using Microsoft BizTalk Server as the orchestration engine, with custom .NET adapters for each system and a unified monitoring dashboard.
Implementation
BizTalk Server orchestrations handle message routing, transformation (XSLT), and error retry logic. Custom .NET assemblies handle proprietary protocols for the legacy logistics system. A SQL Server integration database maintains audit logs and replay capability. Operations team has a real-time monitoring dashboard.
